Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Ops Analyst to focus on HR operational work and data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner on the development and administration of HR programs and compliance efforts
  • Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track HR performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HRIS, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and data validation
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of APIs and data integrations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
