Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner on the development and administration of HR programs and compliance efforts
- Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track HR performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and data validation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of APIs and data integrations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
