People Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on executing Allianz Group initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, the full-time Analyst, People Center of Excellence will drive workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, and high-performance organization efforts while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic workforce planning and transformation initiatives in partnership with business units to align with AI ambitions
• Manage project stakeholder needs, including communication of status and updates, while leading workshops and follow-up processes for effectiveness
• Drive regional communication on key people culture initiatives and support critical projects related to people culture transformation and inclusion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably a recent graduate
• Experience with data analytics and AI tools, including PowerBI and Agentic AI
• Proficiency in Excel for building and using analytical models
• Strong project management skills and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
