Job Summary
Supporting core People Team functions, the full-time remote People Operations Analyst will deliver Tier 1 support, manage employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provides Tier 1 support by delivering timely guidance and issue resolution across People Team topics
- Processes employee lifecycle events, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Administers Unemployment Insurance and Worker's Compensation claims, including initial incident responses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-3 years of HR generalist or coordinator experience
- Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred
