People Operations and Payroll Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations and Payroll Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of People Operations & Payroll Partners across various locations
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and coordinate payroll systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage HR projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or people business partnering, including people management
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices with a multi-country scope
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Ability to manage employee relations issues with conflict resolution skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
