People Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Associate to join their team remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Own the onboarding and offboarding process and oversee the overall employee lifecycle
• Create and maintain automated HR workflows and manage compliance-related HR reporting requests
• Collaborate with Accounting to manage bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a people operations or HR-related role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with employees and internal partners
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver on deadlines
• High level of trustworthiness and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
