People Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Associate to support and scale their People function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute People systems work across the employee lifecycle
• Assist with administration and effective use of People technology tools
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in People Operations or HR systems, preferably in Tech or SaaS
• Hands-on experience with HR and People tools like Rippling and Lattice
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple systems and processes
