• Act as a strategic partner to Employee Resource Groups, providing operational support for events

• Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in HR, People Ops, or a similar role
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong ability to write professional and personable internal communications
• Eager to learn about People Operations and improve the employee experience
• Experience in organizing engaging events
