Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Associate to deliver exceptional HR systems and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on people processes, operations, and policies across the entire employee lifecycle
• Own the administration and ensure data accuracy across all HR Systems and processes
• Serve as a first point of contact for People Ops inquiries and provide timely and professional responses

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working across all aspects of people operations
• Expertise in HR systems and processes, with experience in technology maintenance and compliance matters
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, virtual environment managing multiple projects
