• Support the execution and improvement of People Ops processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance administration across the People function

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Deep knowledge of HR systems, with a preference for prior Rippling experience
• Experience with people analytics is a plus
• Strong confidentiality skills and a love of dogs
