Job Summary

People Operations Associate is a full-time role responsible for enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle by managing onboarding, employee programs, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experiences
  • Administer core People programs and assist with operational workflows and documentation
  • Manage HR systems administration and maintain accurate employee data and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or business operations
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and common People systems preferred
