Job Summary
People Operations Associate is a full-time role responsible for enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle by managing onboarding, employee programs, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experiences
- Administer core People programs and assist with operational workflows and documentation
- Manage HR systems administration and maintain accurate employee data and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or business operations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and common People systems preferred
