Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner and advisor to leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and development for assigned departments
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data management within the HR system
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and assist with investigations and corrective actions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive People Operations or HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, with Workday experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and compliance requirements
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred
