Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the contract-to-hire People Operations Business Partner will focus on performance management, manager coaching, and employee relations while working remotely across various states.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on employee relations matters including performance concerns and workplace conflict
- Coach managers on feedback delivery, documentation, and difficult employee conversations
- Conduct objective workplace investigations and collaborate with Leave and Accommodations teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in Employee Relations
- Experience in performance management, corrective actions, and workplace conflict resolution
- Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals and multi-state compliance
- Excellent judgment and documentation skills with the ability to influence leaders
