People Operations Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time People Operations Business Partner will align business objectives with people initiatives, serving as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leadership while working remotely with occasional visits to the Denver office.

Key responsibilities

• Form strong relationships with leaders of assigned business units and their teams
• Use data to identify needs, develop solutions, and evaluate the success of programs
• Coach leaders through employee relations and performance issues to improve morale and retention

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner
• Experience managing performance situations and coaching new people leaders
• Ability to deliver full-cycle projects in a timely manner
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive situations
