Job Summary

Serving as a trusted HR partner, the full-time People Operations Business Partner will support team member engagement and performance management across a remote network of ambulatory surgery centers, providing guidance on employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with center leaders and team members, serving as the primary People Operations partner
  • Support leadership teams in enhancing team member engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role with broad exposure to employee relations and performance management
  • Experience in a dynamic, multi-site, or field-based environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels
