Job Summary

Guiding and supporting employees, the full-time People Operations Business Partner will manage complex employee relations cases, partner with managers on performance management, and navigate employment matters across a global workforce in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own frontline employee relations, managing complex cases end-to-end with fair and legally sound outcomes
• Partner with managers to address day-to-day people issues and provide coaching on performance management
• Utilize people data to identify trends and collaborate with managers on practical solutions

Required qualifications

• Progressive experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
• Experience supporting international teams with knowledge of local employment laws
• Broad experience resolving complex employee relations issues, ideally in a tech environment
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders in sensitive situations
• Fluency with modern HRIS/ATS and people tooling
