Job Summary

Supporting the Director of People & Culture, the full-time People Operations Coordinator will organize, execute, and document key HR processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes while maintaining accurate employee records
  • Prepare and route employment agreements and track onboarding and compliance items
  • Audit and update employee data in UKG, supporting reporting and clean-up projects
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience in a multi-location organization
  • Experience with UKG Ready or other UKG platforms is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of multi-state labor and employment laws
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and digital workflow tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
