Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with tasks and projects in employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations
  • Maintain HR recordkeeping protocols and ensure the confidentiality of all people-related files and records

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of labor laws in a multi-state compliance environment
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
