Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support its mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and onboarding
- Enhance the new hire onboarding experience and manage leave of absence processes
- Maintain internal People pages and ensure data integrity within the PEO system
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or operations
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
- Experience with onboarding, benefits, and/or HRIS systems is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an excellent employee experience
- Enthusiasm for healthcare technology and/or the start-up space
