Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across various People Ops functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee files and support the performance review cycle and benefits administration
- Coordinate hiring workflows, interview schedules, and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and familiarity with HR policies and employment laws preferred
