Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and support payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintain HRIS records and contribute to the overall employee experience
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior experience supporting a People Operations team in a startup environment
  • Experience with at least one HRIS and ownership of administrative tasks
  • Working knowledge of timecard administration and compliance requirements
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Professional handling of sensitive employee information
