Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and support payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain HRIS records and contribute to the overall employee experience
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience supporting a People Operations team in a startup environment
- Experience with at least one HRIS and ownership of administrative tasks
- Working knowledge of timecard administration and compliance requirements
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Professional handling of sensitive employee information
