Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience, the full-time People Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, manage People Operations processes, and develop scalable systems and documentation while working remotely on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing timely support
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration
  • Create and maintain knowledge base content and process documentation to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related fields
  • Experience supporting employees in a customer-facing support environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems and workplace tools such as Workday, Jira, and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail in managing employee data and documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
