Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the People team, the full-time hybrid People Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding processes, respond to employee requests, and maintain accurate HR systems and data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, triaging issues as necessary
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits and reporting within HR systems
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and internal systems is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
