Job Summary
To support the firm's People Operations function, the full-time People Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee data management, compliance reporting, and recruitment logistics in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage new hire documentation and coordinate the onboarding process and logistics
- Track employee status changes and administer employee file management and document retention processes
- Support recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in People Operations
- Professional services experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects effectively
