Job Summary

To support the firm's People Operations function, the full-time People Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee data management, compliance reporting, and recruitment logistics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage new hire documentation and coordinate the onboarding process and logistics
  • Track employee status changes and administer employee file management and document retention processes
  • Support recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
Required qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in People Operations
  • Professional services experience is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects effectively
