Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Director to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team while managing core People Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Translate business priorities into People initiatives that support growth and operational alignment
  • Lead the performance management framework and provide guidance on employee relations and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources functions
  • Experience as a senior HR leader or head of People in a small to mid-sized organization
  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives
  • Direct experience with performance management and compensation programs
  • Working knowledge of multi-state employment regulations and compliance requirements
