Job Summary
Driving the evolution of People operations, the full-time remote People Programs, Strategy, & Operations Director will manage the operating model for the People team, oversee core programs such as compensation cycles and performance reviews, and lead high-impact transformation projects.

- Own the operating model for the People team, including cross-functional cadences and reporting systems

Required qualifications
