Key Responsibilities:

• Run core People operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, and company policies
• Manage benefits strategy and administration, including open enrollment
• Standardize recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent

Required Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, and people tools/systems
• Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience with perks, benefits, compensation, equity management, compliance, and systems
• Passion for addressing employee needs and fostering development
• Experience at a remote first company
