People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and manage internal and external audits
• Support various People team projects and maintain documentation on processes and policies

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a People Operations role
• Hands-on experience managing People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience working with an HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday)
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee situations with sound judgment
