Job Summary

To support a diverse team and enhance employee experience, the full-time remote People Operations Generalist will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with performance management and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities
  • Navigate employee relations and compliance by advising leaders on performance management and ensuring adherence to labor laws
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and generate reports on People-related metrics
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree and HR Certification preferred
  • 5 years of HR administrative, rewards, benefits, or generalist experience; familiarity with enterprise HRIS is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and project management software like JIRA
  • Up to 5% travel may be required for this position
