Job Summary
To support a diverse team and enhance employee experience, the full-time remote People Operations Generalist will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with performance management and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities
- Navigate employee relations and compliance by advising leaders on performance management and ensuring adherence to labor laws
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and generate reports on People-related metrics
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree and HR Certification preferred
- 5 years of HR administrative, rewards, benefits, or generalist experience; familiarity with enterprise HRIS is a plus
- Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and project management software like JIRA
- Up to 5% travel may be required for this position
