Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation analysis and management

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-time human resources/people operations experience
  • 2+ years of experience using an HRIS as an administrator
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees
  • Experience with Total Rewards, including compensation and health benefits
  • Strong understanding of people policies, compliance, and labor laws
