Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-time human resources/people operations experience
- 2+ years of experience using an HRIS as an administrator
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees
- Experience with Total Rewards, including compensation and health benefits
- Strong understanding of people policies, compliance, and labor laws
