Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to join their People Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, addressing HR questions, and offboarding
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate onboarding and compliance with policies
• Support HR programs related to workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations (HR)
• Proficient with HR systems; experience with Rippling is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high organizational skills
• Exceptional ethics regarding confidentiality and sensitive information
