Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist, Total Rewards & HRIS to support and scale People Operations across US and global locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead People Operations programs in Total Rewards, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle support
  • Act as the primary administrator for HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and identifying automation opportunities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle and compliance tasks, collaborating with various teams for process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years in People Ops, HR Generalist, or Total Rewards roles
  • Strong experience in compensation operations and LOA administration
  • HRIS expertise with a proven ability to optimize systems
  • Experience supporting global teams, with EU exposure preferred
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
