Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to manage onboarding and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding operations to ensure new hires are set up for success
• Coordinate orientation scheduling, communications, and employee lifecycle actions
• Support special projects and administrative HR needs, improving workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or similar HR roles
• Hands-on experience with onboarding logistics and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience working with an HRIS and maintaining accurate employee data
• Familiarity with core HR fundamentals and compliance best practices
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment
