Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to deliver a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer onboarding, leave management, role & compensation changes, and offboarding
• Manage and triage incoming employee requests, ensuring resolution and clear communication
• Maintain legally compliant and audit-ready employee records/documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership and execution
• Analytical mindset with moderate excel capabilities for reporting and auditing
• Demonstrated success in improving manual or outdated processes for efficiency
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with external vendors
• Knowledge of immigration case management and work-authorization compliance
