Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to deliver a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer onboarding, leave management, role & compensation changes, and offboarding
- Manage and triage incoming employee requests, ensuring resolution and clear communication
- Maintain legally compliant and audit-ready employee records/documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership and execution
- Analytical mindset with moderate excel capabilities for reporting and auditing
- Demonstrated success in improving manual or outdated processes for efficiency
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with external vendors
- Knowledge of immigration case management and work-authorization compliance
