Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership and execution
  • Analytical mindset with moderate excel capabilities for reporting and auditing
  • Demonstrated success in improving manual or outdated processes for efficiency
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with external vendors
  • Knowledge of immigration case management and work-authorization compliance
