Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Ops Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and processes
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and assist with performance management documentation and cyclical People Ops programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of HR or People Ops experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
  • Solid foundation in core HR functions: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and comfort working with people data and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of US employment law; exposure to Canadian and/or UK requirements is a plus
  • High discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
