Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to manage core operations and support employees and managers.

• Manage the HRIS and ensure data accuracy and effectiveness
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee lifecycle
• Provide day-to-day support for benefits, immigration, and employee inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a Generalist role
• Strong operational discipline and ownership of systems and processes
• Experience in managing employee relations and triaging issues
