Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling organization, the full-time People Operations Generalist will manage the full spectrum of people operations, including benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee relations, while working remotely to build scalable processes and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the HRIS and drive data integrity and optimization efforts
  • Design and implement onboarding and offboarding workflows to enhance employee transitions
  • Build and maintain a multi-state employment compliance calendar and partner with accounting on related processes
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive People Operations/HR generalist experience, including 2 years in a high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of HRIS, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, HiBob, or Gusto
  • Knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
