Job Summary

Supporting the Director of People Operations, the fully remote People Operations Generalist will manage HRIS administration, oversee payroll processing, and assist with full-cycle recruiting while leveraging modern HR technology.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary lead for HRIS, optimizing workflows and ensuring accurate data management
  • Own payroll processing, ensuring compliance and timely execution of payroll tasks
  • Facilitate employee experience initiatives and assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
Required qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience as a system administrator for Paylocity or a similar HRIS
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and compliance
  • High comfort level with modern technology and AI tools for operational efficiency
  • Prior experience in recruitment functions and managing candidate pipelines
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience
