Job Summary
To support daily operations, the remote People Operations Generalist will manage payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, and HRIS management while collaborating with the People Team to enhance processes and uphold company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Processing bi-monthly payroll and ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Administering employee benefits and managing new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and supporting leave management and worker's compensation programs
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in People Ops/HR operations with direct payroll ownership
- Proven ability to improve processes and contribute to SOPs or systems enhancements
- High accuracy under compliance pressure, particularly in payroll
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing core responsibilities
- High level of discretion in handling confidential matters
