Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day execution of the employee lifecycle, the full-time remote People Operations Generalist will manage benefits administration, compliance, and reporting while serving as a primary resource for employee inquiries and facilitating offboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members
- Coordinate parental and medical leave management in alignment with PEO guidelines
- Facilitate annual EEO-1 reporting and maintain accurate digital employee files for compliance
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or HR operations
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Solid working knowledge of federal and state employment law
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SHRM, CBP, or CCP credential preferred
- Experience working within a PEO model or closely with payroll or finance teams
