Job Summary

As a full-time remote People Operations Generalist, the successful candidate will manage HR operations for the clinical workforce, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, while executing Workday business processes and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute a comprehensive new hire experience and maintain the clinical onboarding program
  • Manage Workday business processes with accuracy and serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Oversee a structured offboarding process, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or operations role, preferably in clinical organizations
  • Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday, and familiarity with federal and state employment laws
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability for accuracy in HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across a remote workforce
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite; exposure to AI tools in HR is beneficial
