Job Summary
Supporting a positive employee experience, the remote People Operations Generalist will manage employee inquiries, coordinate lifecycle activities, and maintain HRIS data integrity while ensuring compliance with payroll and employment laws.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and manage intake and triage of requests
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and changes to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain HRIS data integrity by processing employee transactions and supporting payroll operations as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in an HR generalist or people operations role
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and payroll laws
- Demonstrated ability to learn HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
