People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the full-time remote People Operations Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop HR programs, and enhance employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Support core HR programs, including performance management and employee development initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and assist with employee relations activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles, preferably in a startup or tech environment
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
• Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
