Job Summary

Supporting the employee lifecycle and talent acquisition processes, the contract-to-hire People Operations Generalist will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain personnel records, and administer core business systems in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the employee and contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
• Administer core business systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms
• Support talent acquisition by managing interview logistics and candidate communications

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
