People Operations Generalist
Job Summary
To support a growing People & Talent team, the remote People Operations Generalist will manage onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and assist in administering company-wide programs while leveraging AI to streamline processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for new hires and manage employee lifecycle changes with accuracy
- Coordinate and administer company-wide People programs, gathering feedback and operational insights for continuous improvement
- Support People Business Partners by tracking policy rollouts and facilitating leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations/HR
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and experience coordinating onboarding and employee-facing programs
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance efficiency in People operations
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, and other people & talent platforms
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential employee information
