People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic People Team, the full-time salaried People Operations Generalist will manage HR operations, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage compliance activities, including I-9s and E-Verify
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
• Administer benefits and assist with employee communications, events, and HR metrics reporting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms; experience with BambooHR & Ashby is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy in interactions
