People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic People Operations team, the full-time remote People Operations Generalist will manage onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and compliance, while driving engagement and recognition programs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Run core People Operations workflows independently, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships for payroll and HRIS, ensuring accountability and effective communication
• Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including company-wide meetings and benefits administration

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or as an HR Generalist with program management expertise
• Proven track record of launching and managing company-wide programs from concept to execution
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and automations to enhance HR operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
