A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to complete employee lifecycle processes and provide HR support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of HR/People Operations experience in a high-growth organization
• Experience with onboarding program is strongly preferred
• Experience with HR systems and supporting a geographically distributed workforce
• Familiarity with best practices in office management
