• Own the candidate experience and support performance cycles

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Ops or People Partner roles at a high-growth company
• Experience in building strong cultures in remote or distributed teams
• Strong project leadership skills, organized and proactive
• Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment
• Familiarity with tools like Rippling or Vanta is a bonus
