People Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Lead responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, People, providing insights on organizational design and process optimization
• Lead processes to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee the development of HR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience and/or People Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics
• Experience rolling off of a PEO and bringing benefits in-house
