Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Lead to build and manage its people function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Design and enhance onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives to foster company culture
  • Oversee performance management systems and compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and goals
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in People Operations, Talent, HRBP, or a similar role at an early-stage startup
  • Proven experience in building people programs, processes, and systems from the ground up
  • Strong background in recruiting, performance management, and employee development
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and people analytics tools preferred
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for teams
